Email addresses collected through the Learning Games are used solely to provide access to educational resources and to send updates about Chomp the Baby Gator. We require users to confirm they are a parent, guardian, or educator age 18 or older before submitting any information. No personal information is collected from children directly.
Merchandise and Shop
Chomp the Baby Gator merchandise is sold through Fourthwall, Inc., which serves as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you make a purchase, you are transacting directly with Fourthwall and your purchase is subject to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at fourthwall.com/privacy-policy.
As part of processing your order, Fourthwall collects personal information including your name, email address, mailing address, and payment information.
